  1. 【本規約について】本利用規約は筑波大学グローバルコミュニケーション教育センター（旧：留学生センター）日本語・日本事情遠隔教育拠点（以下、筑波大学）が「場面・機能別日本語会話練習データベース」（以下「本ウェブサイト」といいます）を通じて提供する資料を利用する皆様にお守りいただく利用条件や確認事項を記載したものです。利用者が本ウェブサイトを利用した場合には、本規約の条件を承諾したものとみなされます。また、筑波大学はいつでも利用規約の内容を変更でき、本利用規約を変更した場合、規約変更後にもサービスを利用していることをもって同意したものとみなします。
  2. 本ウェブサイトは，筑波大学により，管理・運営されており，閲覧を目的として無償で提供します。 教育・研究を目的とした活動に限って利用することができます。商用を目的とした利用、改変、無断転載等はご遠慮ください。

    This survey was performed using a JACOP S/F DB (Japanese Conversation Practice DB, indexed by Situation and Function) at the Center for Distance Learning of Japanese and Japanese Issues, University of Tsukuba.

This website is for self-study video distribution based on "SITUATIONAL FUNCTIONAL JAPANESE."
It distributes videos from "SITUATIONAL FUNCTIONAL JAPANESE" of "Model Conversation (MC)" and "Conversation Drills (CD)".

Model Conversation (MC)

  • It expresses scenes of conversations which include materials from lessons with videos. MC has several versions; no subtitiles, hiragana subtitles, kanji and kana subtitles, and English subtitles.
  • Scenes which are most important and frequently occuring for exchange students and foreign students in Japanese universities and laboratories are abstracted. It portrays how Aneel Sharma, an Indian exchange student, and Lisa Brown, an English exchange student creates communication networks with friends, seniors, and teachers.

Model Cut Play

  • It is a video content that is a selective version (minimum size) of MC for learning how to conduct natural conversations.

Conversation Drills (CD)

  • It is practice for selecting the appropriate form of language in real life occasions, and accurately and fluently using the language.
  • The sound is stereophonic, and the characters' voices are divided into right and left. If you use only one side of your headphone, you can practice psuedo conversations.
  1. Select volume
  2. Select the section in the lesson that you want to watch
  3. Press "Script" to see the script (MC,CD)
  4. Subtitles can be chosen from "hiragana" "kanji""English" "none" (MC).
